All Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

I do not allow puppies to leave my home or hold a puppy with out a signed Sales
Agreement Contract by both the buyer and the seller.  Please click on the links above to
go to the pages you can print out and sign.  You must sign the sales agreement contract
and/or deposit contract and send all the required documents back to me via email, fax
or mail.

I will not hold a puppy unless I have received the deposit with the signed DEPOSIT
CONTRACT and the signed SALES AGREEMENT CONTRACT.  NO EXCEPTIONS!  


Please do not ASSUME I am holding a puppy for you unless I have received these items.
